Hi,
I am just a fan of Sam and Max. I have only played season 1 on wii, but I'm still a fan. Don't get mad at me, this is my first website. Most of this stuff is going to be from other websites.
Now I am going to tell you about our heroes.
Sam:He is the brains of the trio. He wears a gray hat and a suit with a black and blue striped tie. He has VERY sharp teeth (both of them really do). He has an anti-hypnosis helmet in his hat. Here is what Wikipedia says about Sam "Sam is a laid-back but enthusiastic, kleptomaniac, anthropomorphic dog with brown fur who wears a blue-gray suit and fedora. His genus is stated to be "canine shamus". He is usually the more inquisitive of the pair, often trying to figure out a logical solution to things. He is prone to long-winded sentences filled with elaborate terminology. Sam rarely loses his temper, and is able to react to panic-inducing situations with extreme calm. When he does get angry, Sam tends to react in a violent, uncharacteristically savage manner, in which case it is usually Max that calms him down and prevents him from acting upon his anger. In addition, Sam has a liking for snacks and sweets, as during many of his adventures and assignments he can be seen enjoying a multitude of frozen treats, such as popsicles and ice cream sandwiches. Sam's favorite hobbies include driving recklessly with an expired license, shoplifting, shooting things and making prank calls. Sam usually is armed with an over sized .44 revolver and is particularly fond of the duo's DeSoto Adventurer." That' all Sam!Here is a picture of him and Max together. 
Max: Max (by my point of view) is the best character in the game.Max is the rabbit above. Here again is what wikipedia says about Max. "Max is an anthropomorphic "hyperkinetic rabbity thing" with white fur, but prefers being called a lagomorph. Max possesses a huge jaw normally stuck in a crazed grin. He enjoys violence and tends to prefer the aggressive way of solving problems. He has a distaste for the long stories sometimes used to convey relevant plot information in the series, as well as for the anecdotes and sentences that Sam consistently spouts forth, often asking Sam not to use various uncommon words. He occasionally loses focus during long scenes of exposition, claiming to possess a particularly short attention span. Max shares Sam's enthusiasm in just about anything, especially if it involves firearms and mischief. He also has very poor hygiene, as he is sometimes seen tasting his own belly button lint and Sam comments on his pungent bodily odors on more than one occasion. Despite his seemingly heartless personality, he believes very much in protecting Sam; however, Max can still act violently towards Sam, often commenting that when he dies he will take Sam with him. Max also has a metal plate in his head, which is rarely mentioned unless comedically convenient. Despite being an animal himself, he is prone to animal abuse. Max traditionally carries a Luger pistol, but as he wears no clothes, other characters often make comments as to where Max keeps it on his person. Max is considered by Steve Purcell to represent pure id." Again, I have played only season 1 on the wii.
